The breakfast selection is great, the staff is very nice, the building and rooms are nice with a couch, and there is a perfect location near a local history museum.

The breakfast was supposed to be good but I slept through it. I wouldn't say there was anything else that I would say is noteworthy.

The decor was outdated. The tub clogged with water. The beds were lumpy. Basically, this is obviously an older property that is over-rated and costs way too much for the quality that is offered.

Immaculate brand-new rooms with a sofa, an extra blanket, and 1 sofa bed. Marvellous and unbeatable location in the center. - Just a 5-minute walk from a local history museum. - Conveniently located next to restaurants, attractions, the children's museum, and downtown.

Not much location worked for our needs

The sink was dirty when we arrived and I mentioned it to the front desk and it was not addressed. the breakfast food ran out before 9 and took too long to replenish. I had to get breakfast elsewhere. the noise from the breakfast area comes up thru the balcony to the second floor and woke me up in my room (216)

The friendly service

My room was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work and the toilet was running.

The location here is fantastic for exploring the city, just a 10-15 minute walk from the downtown area.

We staid there in transit from the East coast to the Smokey Mountains. For this purpose the ratio price/quality was good.

The venue is clean. the staff is incredible and exceptional. - the rooms are well-appointed and brand-new, complete with the pull-out couch and sofa bed. - the location is marvelous and convenient, close to everything. - the restaurant serves delicious Asian food. - I think this quiet venue is beyond compare, really enjoyed it.

I reserved a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a microwave, which was great for my stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location was fantastic. It was so close to downtown, allowing me to easily explore all the local restaurants and attractions. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I especially loved having a couch in my room, which made it feel like a cozy home away from home. Oh, and the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was satisfactory in every way.

The only thing that was very different on this stay was the quality of the breakfast. Coffee not great for my taste, juices very sweet and tart tasting.
